Colour swatches are provided as a reference point only. Due to differences in monitors and hardware and the variations and limitations of computers, colour swatches may not be “true”. In addition, the small square of the swatch may look quite different from a large piece of the actual fabric.
If you would like to receive an actual fabric sample before placing an order, please contact info@chianto.ca for availability.

Gift Certificates
Chianto by Sheila gift certificates are available in amounts of $20.00 or more (Canadian funds). When redeeming gift certificates the amount will be subtracted from the total order amount (which will include applicable taxes and shipping & handling). Any amount remaining on the gift certificate will be issued in the form of a Chianto credit voucher.
Gift certificates purchased after November 1, 2007 will not have an expiry date as per new provincial legislation.
Gift certificates donated as part of a promotional package will continue to expire one (1) year from date of issue.

Returns and Exchanges
Requests for returns and exchanges on product line items must be made within 14 days of order processing and must be pre-authorized by Chianto by Sheila. Qualifying returns will be assigned an authorization code that must be included with your return. Credits will only be given once the condition of the returned item is verified. To request a return/exchange authorization code, send relevant information (i.e. product number, date of purchase, method of payment, receipt number and reason for return/exchange) to sales@chianto.ca or by phone at (204)261-9208. Returns received without the appropriate documentation and authorization will not be processed.
All returned product, whether for credit or exchange, must be in its original condition with all tags attached. The item must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way. Undamaged, original packaging (if applicable) must also be returned.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We recommend your return package be insured as Chianto by Sheila accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen return packages. Take care with your return packaging. Chianto by Sheila recommends you return the products in the packaging in which you received it, whenever possible. Once the product has been received by Chianto by Sheila and its condition confirmed, you will be advised by e-mail. Please allow 14 days for processing once your return is received.
There are no returns/exchanges on special order items, alterations or custom work orders including personalization.

Sales Taxes
Effective January 1, 2008 Chianto will collect the revised 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all orders shipped to points in Canada in accordance with the new federal legislation. A 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) will be charged, as applicable, on orders shipped to Manitoba addresses.
