Delivery - Canada
For parcels to a maximum of 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) shipped within Canada via Expedited Parcel a flat shipping rate of $13.50 will be applied to your order (not including additional insurance). Some restrictions may apply based on package dimensions.
Canada Post general service standards indicate a delivery time frame of 1 to 3 business days between major urban centres in the Western Region and 2 to 7 business days between major urban centres across Canada. For information pertaining to additional delivery standards, contact info@chianto.ca.

Delivery - International
International shipping rates are determined on a case-by-case basis. Chianto by Sheila will work with you to find an appropriate and cost effective shipping method for your order. For inquiries on international shipping options, contact info@chianto.ca.

Delivery - U.S.
For parcels to a maximum of 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) shipped to the U.S.A. via Expedited Parcel a flat shipping rate of $22.50 will be applied to your order (not including additional insurance). Some restrictions may apply based on package dimensions.
Canada Post general service standards indicate a delivery time frame of 6 to 12 business days between major centres in Canada and the U.S. For information pertaining to additional delivery standards, contact info@chianto.ca.

Expedited Parcel Service
The default shipping method for all Chianto orders is Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. Once shipped you will be provided with a tracking number and expected delivery date to monitor the delivery status.
Flat rates quoted above are based on Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.

Insurance
All Chianto orders will be insured to the full value of the order (before taxes). The first $100 is covered in the base postal rate with additional insurance at a rate of $1.30 per $100.00 for orders shipped to Canadian addresses and $1.50 per $100.00 for orders shipped to U.S. addresses as per Canada Post established rates. The customer can decline additional insurance by sending an e-mail to info@chianto.ca prior to the shipping date.
Chianto by Sheila will not be responsible for uninsured parcels once they have been shipped.

Payment
Shipping and handling charges including all insurance fees are the responsibility of the customer. All charges must be paid in full prior to shipping of any order.

Shipping Alternatives
Additional options for shipping are available for Regular Parcel, Xpresspost and Priority Courier through Canada Post – additional costs may apply. To request information on these shipping options, contact info@chianto.ca.
When necessary, Chianto by Sheila may also ship by Greyhound, Purolater Courier, UPS, Fed Ex or an alternate shipping method to meet your delivery needs. Costs associated with alternate methods of shipment will be determined on a case-by-case basis and all shipping charges must be paid in full prior to shipping of any order. Overnight express courier may be available for rush orders depending on availability and shipping location.
