Ready to Ship

A limited number of pre-made items are available in standard sizes for immediate shipment. These items can be found in the Ready to Ship galleries. All products (excluding Swarovski crystals and their accessories) are designed, developed and produced in Chianto’s Winnipeg, Manitoba studio.

Placing an Order

The Chianto by Sheila Ready to Ship galleries provide thumbnails and product details for items available for immediate purchase. Every attempt is made to ensure each of the items in the gallery is currently available.

To place your order, send your order request by e-mail to info@chianto.ca including the product number, size (if applicable) and quantity. Also include your shipping destination (postal code or zip code) for the calculation of shipping fees. You will receive a response to your inquiry within 48 hours of your order with an amount owing, payment options and an expected shipping date.

Delivery Time Frames

Items found in the Ready to Ship galleries are available as limited stock product and will be shipped within two (2) business days following order placement and payment confirmation. Delivery time frames will be dependent on selected shipping method (see Shipping Info).

Chianto by Sheila accepts no responsibility or liability for delays in delivery or damages resulting from weather conditions, transportation and/or delivery irregularities or interruptions, etc. All orders will be insured for their total purchase value with insurance costs included in the shipping fees (see Shipping Info to waive insurance).

Payment Options

Chianto by Sheila accepts cash, cheques (drawn on Canadian banks only), money orders, money transfers, Mastercard and Visa as forms of payment.

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Orders paid by cheque will not be processed until the cheque clears the purchaser's account (between 5 and 30 days). A $30.00 service fee will be charged for cheques requiring reprocessing for any reason.

To ensure prompt order processing, the use of cash, credit card or money order/transfer is encouraged. Credit card orders will be processed once card information has been verified and total order amount, including all taxes and shipping charges, have been authorized. Chianto by Sheila will not ship COD.

Volume Discounts

Volume discounts may apply when purchasing multiples of the same product and style in standard sizing in a single order. Some restrictions may apply. Minimum order is 10 products per style number - larger orders receive a higher percentage discount.

Ask about volume discounts for large orders whether for team-wear, re-sale or club purchase.
