Product Orders
Chianto Catalogue
Items pre-made in the Chianto studio in standard sizes (where applicable) can be found in the various product galleries. Some items are one-of-a-kind and will not be made in other sizes, while other items are standard and will be re-stocked in all sizes. All products (excluding Swarovski crystals and their accessories) are designed, developed and produced in Chianto’s Winnipeg, Manitoba studio unless otherwise noted.

Delivery Time Frames
Items found in the product galleries are available as limited stock product. When in stock, the item will be shipped within two (2) business days following order placement and payment confirmation. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, you will be advised of the prospective shipping date. Delivery time frames will be dependent on selected shipping method (see Shipping Info).
For special order items, allow a minimum of three (3) weeks for production and shipment dependent on workload and fabric availability. When possible RUSH orders will be accommodated but will be assessed an additional fee of 25% to 40% of the product cost before taxes dependent on time frame which begins once payment is confirmed. In this case, a “rush order” for a special order item is any item required in less than the three (3) week minimum.
For custom order items, allow a minimum of six (6) weeks for delivery dependent on workload and fabric availability. When possible RUSH orders will be accommodated but will be assessed an additional fee of 25% to 40% of the custom work order total before taxes dependent on time frame which begins once payment is confirmed. In this case, a “rush order” for custom work is any order required in less than the six (6) week minimum. The availability of the RUSH order option is dependent on seasonal work load.
Chianto by Sheila accepts no responsibility or liability for delays in delivery or damages resulting from weather conditions, transportation and/or delivery irregularities or interruptions, etc. All orders will be insured for their total purchase value with insurance costs included in the shipping fees.

Payment Options
Chianto by Sheila 
accepts cash, cheques (drawn on Canadian banks only), money orders, money transfers, Mastercard and Visa as forms of payment.
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Orders paid by cheque will not be processed until the cheque clears the purchaser's account (between 5 and 30 days). A $30.00 service fee will be charged for cheques requiring reprocessing for any reason.
To ensure prompt order processing, the use of cash, credit card or money order/transfer is encouraged. Credit card orders will be processed once card information has been verified and total order amount, including all taxes and shipping charges, have been authorized. Chianto by Sheila will not ship COD.

Placing an Order
The Chianto by Sheila galleries provide thumbnails and product details for items available for purchase. Every attempt is made to ensure that each of the items in the galleries is currently available. Please note that one-of-a-kind items (e.g. Women’s and Girls’ dresses) will not be replenished. All other products will be replenished on an ongoing basis.
To place your order, send your order request by e-mail to sales@chianto.ca including the product number, size and colour (if applicable). Also include your shipping destination to allow for the calculation of shipping fees. You will receive a response to your inquiry within 48 hours of your initial information request unless otherwise noted. Orders can also be placed by phone at (204) 261-9208. Should your item be temporarily out of stock, you will be provided with a restocking date and a time-frame for shipping the product to you.
Once product availability is determined, shipping method and payment arrangements can be made.

Special Orders
Special orders are available for required sizing alterations (i.e. longer/shorter inseam, sleeves, length, and/or girth) or for fabrics and colours other than those currently available as stock Chianto products. As well, additional skirt layers and the addition or deletion of sleeves (when suitable) are available as special orders. Special order fees starting at $10.00 may apply in addition to the regular cost of the product. Some fabric choices may result in further additional charges.
There are no returns or exchanges on special order items since they are made to your specifications. Payments for special orders must be made in full prior to commencement of the production process. Please allow a minimum of three (3) weeks for the completion of your special order. A time-frame will be provided at the time the order is placed but will not be confirmed until payment in full has been received and confirmed.
