Other Custom Work
Other types of custom work are available through Chianto by Sheila to meet all your embellishment, personalization and alteration needs. Pre-payment in full is required for all custom embellishment, personalization and alteration orders.
There are no refunds or exchanges on items that have been personalized, embellished or altered to your specific requirements.
Embellishment
Chianto by Sheila will add decorative applique, beading, painting, stencilling, stitching, rhinestones, Swarovski crystals and/or other embellishments to any product line item. In addition embellishment opportunities may be available for your non-Chianto designs - embellishment designs and components will be determined by the original materials and their suitability for accepting any given embellishment.
Due to demand, some embellishments may have to be special ordered. Please allow a minimum of three (3) weeks for delivery in these instances.

Personalization
Personalization of custom orders and product line items may be available when suitable and practical. All personalization is done by hand and based on cost/letter or cost/element.
Personalization may take the form of a name, monogram, date, location, event, quote or some other suitable addition to your Chianto product. As well, products such as Applique Blanket (ACC01) and Applique Scarf (ACC03) could be personalized in team, school or organization colours. Alterations
Alterations for product line items may be possible dependent on the item style and construction. Alteration charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
